The boys had a good time today. Brock had a party and a parade at school, and got to go trick-or-treating with his friends from next door as well as later with Doug. Brock was a storm trooper again but this year he has the gun to go with it. We had so many trick-or-treaters that I finally got a chair and sat on the front porch for hours passing out candy. Tyler was a Pirate. He loved standing on the front porch and seeing all of the kids in their costumes. He blew kisses to everyone who came to the door. He went out a little to trick-or-treat with Doug. When he got back, he ran in circles around the front yard for about 15 minutes. He had a great time. We gave out about 450 pieces of candy, most of them individually, and the boys brought home about 300 pieces between the two of them (mostly Brock). We'll still be eating it next Halloween. Doug and I dressed up as well, but forgot to take pictures. Oh well. It was a great Halloween. It's so nice to be in a big neighborhood!

I finally got a picture of the front of the house, in all of it's Fall glory.
I just LOVE the colors of fall. So I decided to take some pictures after church on Sunday. Check out Tyler's buzz. It was not intended to be a buzz, so it's a good thing his hair grows fast. Oh well.

We spent the weekend in the Centerville area and did a lot of shopping for the new house. Beth took us to Gardner Village Sandy, and it was so much fun! I love that it was once an actual village. It was all decked out for Halloween, and a lot of the kids there were in their costumes. They even had a scavenger hunt to find all of the witches. Even my boys had a good time. I definitely want to go back when I'm not in such a time crunch and really look in every shop. Don't ever move, Beth!
Silly how excited I got over the RC Willey truck pulling up in front our house today, but I did, none the less. Here is a picture of our new gigantic sofa that we were just praying would fit in our living room. It does, perfectly.
We have been spending as much time outside as possible while the weather is still nice. The boys love to feed the horses apples from our tree, and we've been raking leaves into piles for them to jump into. How on earth Tyler can be afraid of people, and yet march right up to these horses and shove an apple into their mouth is beyond me. He definitely prefers animals over people.
Well, I promised pictures of the house, but the inside is still full of boxes. Here are a few of the back yard. We have been loving all of the room to run around, as well as the horses over the back fence, and our garden.
Okay, Tyler is a monkey. He climbs on everything he can. I would frequently turn around in the old house to find him scaling the refrigerator. He eventually would get so high that the fridge popped open and he would fall off.
